Dear Alan

We have now arrived home after our week in Fuerteventura, and are missing the sunshine. I am happy for to you to quote anything from my e-mail, and have attached a picture of Alan on the scooter at the Garden Centre at Oasis Park.
We want to say thank you very much indeed for providing the transportable scooter for use during our week on the island. It made all the difference to us, since Alan suffers from emphysema, and his breathing problems mean that he can only walk short distances, and has great difficulty if he has to tackle an uphill slope. Being able to use the scooter, meant that he was able to get about the large site of our hotel, to explore the resort in which we were staying, and also to go on two excursions, since we were able to take the scooter in the luggage section of the coach. You dealt promptly with my initial e-mail query and delivered and collected the scooter for us exactly as arranged, and we would highly recommend your service to anyone who has any need of a mobility aid while holidaying on Fuerteventura.

I contacted mr Alan Green at miraflor via the web site and was pleased to get a reply straight away, i hired a shoprider scooter from alan and he had added a crutch holder as i walk with callipers and crutches, he was very helpful in researching the hotel and the surroundings of the hotel, advised me on the best way to get around the resort, and was punctual and very friendly, i would recommend miraflor to and disabled visitors to fuerteventura, delivery and pick up of the scooter was hassle free and alan arranged a time to fit in with my arrival and departure, i would personally like to thank alan and look forward to using his service on my next visit , he has informed me he may be adding to his expanding business by offerring to take people who hire mobility equipment , to other parts of the island with there preffered mode of transport so that they can further enjoy the delights of this very friendly island and i hope that customers of miraflor take up this offer as it is a very good way of seeing other resorts. all the best alan see you soon hopefully xmas regards

The services you offer is amazing you were there when we arrived at the hotel and picked the scooter up when we were leaving.
My mum had a great time, she would never have seen the resort without hiring the scooter, it was well worth the money we paid for the weeks hire as mum had her freedom to explore

Hi Alan,

Many thanks for your wonderful service without which I would not have such a good time in Fuerteventura! Without one of your scooters I would be more or less confined to the apartment or reliant on taxis to get me from A to B. I now know I can be independant as far as getting around is concerned.

I am returning to Fuerteventura on January 19th for a fortnight and would like to hire a scooter from you once again. If possible I would like it for two weeks this time - ie from January 19th until February 2nd.

Please let me know if you have a scooter available on these dates and if so I will send you the flight arrival time. I will be in the Caleta Playa again up in Corralejo, will forward apartment number when I know it.

Hello Alan,

Thanks for accepting my booking for a mobility scooter for next year. As you know, this is the third consecutive year I have hired a scooter from you and I must say the service is excellent, I have personally recommended you to other people visiting Fuerteventura with mobility needs and would have no hesitation saying to anyone looking on the internet for mobility aids to look no further. On both previous occasions that I have hired scooters from you, they have been delivered to the hotel as soon as I have rang to say I'm at the airport. The scooters are in good condition and have always been 100% reliable. They have always been collected at the end of my stay at a time that's convenient for me, i.e. just before I checked out of the hotel. Many thanks for your help this year and will see you next year as planned.

Just wanted to thank you for the scooter hire once again excellent service , alan was waiting at my hotel for me with the scooter, i had my scooter before the hotel could get my room ready. alan advised me of the best disabled friendly hotel in caleta. my hotel room was ground floor and easily big enough to keep the scooter in the room . i have had a scooter bedfore from alan and the service gets better each time, he will arrange the time of delivery to maximise your holiday experience , i would recommend miraflor to any disabled person as they provide a great service and the after care service is second to non , i wish alan all the best with miraflor in the future.

Many thanks Alan for you help once again in giving me freedom to move around wonderful Fuerteventura with the hire of one of your scooters. This is a fabulous service for anyone with disability and mobility problems.

I have hired a scooter from Alan many times, it is delivered and collected and you pay on its arrival. For me, the service allows me to come to Fuerteventura and get out of the apartment. Without it, I would not be able to go anywhere as I have a severe back injury and am unable to walk.

I would recommend that anyone who would like mobility when visiting Fuerteventura should contact Alan. The rates are very reasonable and the service of the highest standard.

I have already contacted Alan for my trip in January.
